Private pool, large outdoor patios and balconies, secure, and located only 1/2 block from beautiful Tamarindo Beach!

Ocean views from second floor. Services are located all within walking distance, so a car is not necessary to get around.

  • Sep 01-Nov 15: $275 per night or $1,800 per week. **Ask about our low season specials!
  • Nov 16-Apr 30: $450 per night or $3,000 per week.
  • Easter/Christimas: $4,250 per week.
  • May 01-Aug 30: $375 per night or $2,500 per week.
  • Sep 1 - Nov 30, $2,000 per week.

General Terms:

  • ALL PRICES INCLUDE 16.39% CR TOURISM TAX
  • A deposit of 25% is required upon booking.
  • Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
  • Deposit refundable if written cancellation is received 30 days before stay - $100
    cancel fee.
  • Failure to abide by this policy will result in a cancelled reservation.
  • Cancellations made after final payment is received are completely non-refundable.
  • Credit cards & checks accepted. Xmas & Easter weeks are non-refundable.

House sleeps 10 people (3 Queen beds, 2 twin beds,and queen size pull out couch).

Check for availabilityWe offer private shuttle service from the Liberia International Airport (LIR) and the San Jose International Airport (SJO) for an additional fee. Daily maid service IS included in your rate. Catering/chef service available for an additional fee. Please inquire. Free tour, restaurant, and real estate assistance available upon request.
